1. Order Customization and Care
As all of our products are handmade and crafted specifically for each customer, we encourage you to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase. This ensures that the product you receive meets your expectations and requirements.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
While all our items undergo strict quality checks before being shipped, we understand that unforeseen issues can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to assist you:

- Contact us at support@bubududugift.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Once we verify the issue, we will offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
- Important Notes:
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
- Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance are natural characteristics of handmade products and add to their uniqueness. These variations are not considered defects.
3. Cancellations
- We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.
- After this period, we will have already begun crafting your item, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective, and we are unable to provide a replacement.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 7-10 business days] after the item is reviewed and approved for refund.
Unfortunately, due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defect.
